UNAFold - Structure prediction tool
UNAFold is a software for folding nucleic acid sequences and hybridization prediction. UNAFold stands for "Unified Nucleic Acid Folding". Sequences submitted by the user will be folded with the desired parameters entered by the user and will be displayed along with the thermodynamic details.
